Designed in conjunction with the leadership of the local diocese and for the upcoming season of the church year, this program focuses on what is going right and how to make it even better. The ideal participants from each church would include a team of ordained and lay leaders. The humor and energy of the presenters makes the program enjoyable for all the participants.

This highly interactive, action oriented two day seminar is customized to meet the participating parishes where they are in their growth process. Theologically based with worship an integral component and tempered by the reality as experienced by both a church rector and an active lay leader.

Participation in this seminar is designed for both ordained and lay leaders in a congregation. Prior to the seminar the ordained leaders are involved in customizing the program to ensure it meets the needs of their own parish.
